Neil Yeager is the designer/developer of The Seventh Prism and the author of the book, The Seventh Prism: A Framework for Achieving High Performance Through Work/Life Integration (June 2008). Neil is a partner with the Charter Oak Consulting Group. He has thirty years of experience as an organization development consultant and The Seventh Prism, his seventh book, represents the culmination of his life's work helping individuals and organizations achieve higher levels of performance. His recent client engagements have focused on executive leadership development through individual and team coaching, as well as custom course design and consultation in leadership, change management and team development.
