The Seventh Prism Programs
Two-day Master Practitioner Certification Process
(Prerequisite: Participation in the Four-day Executive Retreat and approval of program developer)
The master practitioner process is similar to the train-the-trainer process in that it prepares participants for facilitation of the two-day integration workshop within their organizations. The purpose of the Master Practitioner approach is to provide executives with an opportunity to conduct Seventh Prism workshops with the employees of their own organizations as a means for “leaders teaching leaders.” Participants receive the same benefits as the train-the-trainer participants including:
- a license to use the model in their organization(s);
- a complete set of presenter materials including facilitator guide and slide presentation;
- access to program materials;
- access to the program developer for on-going consultation.
