Train-the-Trainer Programs

There are two ways to become certified as a Seventh Prism Trainer:

Four-day Train-the-Trainer Certification Process
or
Two-day Train-the-Trainer Certification Process

(Prerequisite for two-day train the trainer: Participation in the Four-day Assessment and Development Retreat and approval of program developer)

The train-the-trainer process is intended for internal corporate trainers/organization development practitioners interested in bringing The Seventh Prism approach into their organizations and for external consultants/trainers interested in bringing The Seventh Prism approach into their clients. The train-the-trainer process prepares participants for facilitation of the two-day “Seventh Prism Integration Workshop” and is targeted toward middle level managers and supervisors. The certification process includes:

• a license to use the model in their organization(s);
• a complete set of presenter materials including facilitator guide and slide presentation;
• access to program materials;
• access to the program developer for on-going consultation.
