The Seventh Prism Programs
Individual Executive Coaching via The Seventh Prism
Available on a limited basis, Individual Executive Coaching on The Seventh Prism is for those executives who prefer to engage in development of their own Seventh Prism Profile on an individual basis rather than in a group setting. The coaching process consists of eight one-on-one sessions held in a combination of on-site (The Seventh Prism Farm) and telephone conferences. Typically participants engage in two face-to-face meetings along with six telephone conferences.
Session One: Three-hour Orientation meeting held on site at the Seventh Prism Farm including:
- discussion of the Eight Principles of The Seventh Prism;
- overview of the thirty-six facets of the six foundation prisms;
- review/discussion of the current state of each of the thirty-six facets of the six foundation prisms.
Session Two: One-hour Assessment and discussion of the six facets of The Work Prism.
Session Three: One-hour Assessment and discussion of the six facets of The Relationship Prism.
Session Four: One-hour Assessment and discussion of the six facets of The Spirit Prism.
Session Five: One-hour Assessment and discussion of the six facets of The Wellness Prism.
Session Six: One-hour Assessment and discussion of the six facets of The Context Prism.
Session Seven: One-hour Assessment and discussion of the six facets of The Possessions Prism.
Session Eight: Three-hour Action planning meeting held on site at the Seventh Prism Farm including:
- review of the Eight Principles of The Seventh Prism and how they impact individual planning;
- review of the thirty-six facets of the six foundation prisms to determine which to maintain, which to renew, and which to transform;
- discussion of the dynamics of "Prism Integration" and the challenges of integrating the facets of the Six Foundation Prisms into one's own version of The Seventh Prism;
- Concrete action planning to ensure transfer of learning back into one's own work/life situation.
